Thats like me and my foster father. I tol dhim the other day that the Christian got the idea of the "alter" from pagans. He didn't beleive me til I went online and printed out the history of it for him in black and white *rolls eyes*

They just can't except the Christianity has Pagan DNA...

They can't... and it's fun with him because he was raised Catholic (thank the fates he's not a practicing one, that would be interesting). So I like to tweak his nose about it.

He's gotten to the point when those door-to-door preachers come around knocking on our door, he beseeched me to keep quiet about me being pagan... So, I tell them "Sorry hubs is Catholic" and that does enough to scare them away.

But he opens up the topic and I just finish it
