    Swan Song

    • Watching: life go by, short and bittersweet
     




    Tonight I put on my dance sneakers and went outside with my Ipod and danced for the first time in ages, alone in the parking lot out in front of the apartment complex in the dim light of the street lamps, my Ipod blasting "Dancer in the Dark" by Rasmus in my ears.


    I danced until my legs didn't want to move and I couldn't breathe.

    For two hours, burning through quite afew songs from Rasmus to Skillet and ending with "Swan song" by Within Temptation.



    I feel tired but strangely..








    Better.

    Sounds like you really needed this for some time now...

    Dancer in the Dark, odd that you mentioned them because I just downloaded them by request from my friend Keeshe. Haven't listened to the song yet.

    And Swan Song is a really pretty song.

    Urgh, I managed to write to their Stand My Ground I requested for the song in the BBS's writing game. The piece is apart of my Rhae and Eriea story. Not happy with it because kids had me grrring at the bit

    I like Rasmus, until yesterday its been abit since I've listened to them.. always liked WT though

    Today, while walking down to the store to get bread, in the rain, I had this urge to just dance in the stuff.

    Not that I did lving so close to the road with people staring at me like I was a moron.

    It seemed, once I got my flow, then one kid would come crying "so and so hit me" or some excuse. I literally got fed up.

    Lol, that's why I danced after dark, late at night. Then again I was in the mood where I really didn't give a damn who saw me at that point. People have been telling me I'm "wierd" or "not normal" for years- I just don't care anymore. WTF is "normal" anyways?

    You need one of those "Panic" rooms in your house. A room encased in steel and locked from the inside and completely bullet-proof, fire-proof, sound-proof and kid and husband-proof

    Wait.. I need one of those too >.>
